Internationally inspired, chef created New Orleans Style Sandwiches. This shop got its start out of the back of another dive bar, the Erin Rose.

Eventually, they spun out into a standalone concept (today with 2 locations) This location focuses on sourcing, and it is not unheard of to see a local fisherman drop off the day’s catch.
